ELIGIBILITY

To be included on the Breeder's List, you must:

• Be a financial member of the Scottish Terrier Club Inc

• Have been a member of the Scottish Terrier Club Inc or another Terrier organisation for eighteen (18) consecutive months

• Be a current financial member of your Dogs Australia affiliate organisation  

• Have a registered breeder's prefix

STANDARDS & CONDUCT 

We ask all breeders on our list to:

• Follow these Breeder's List Rules

• Follow the Dogs NSW Regulations

• Follow the Dogs Australia (ANKC) National Code of Practice of Responsible Dog Ownership

• ​Act honestly and ethically in all dealings with puppy buyers

• Provide accurate information about litters and availability 

• Ensure all puppies are ANKC registered

RENEWAL

Breeder Listings run for either 1 year or 3 years, depending on the plan you choose.

You will receive a reminder before your listing expires.

• If you pay by credit card your listing will renew automatically at the end of your term unless you cancel

• If you pay by EFT you will need to renew manually when you receive your reminder

• Listings that are not renewed will be removed

REMOVAL OF LISTING

The Club may remove a listing if:

• Membership with the Scottish Terrier Club Inc lapses

• Information provided is found to be false

• Dogs NSW or Dogs Australia (ANKC) rules are breached

• The Scottish Terrier Club Inc Breeder's List Rules are breached

• A serious complaint is proven by a Dogs Australia affiliate organisation
