From time to time, we may ask others to show our Scotties at The STC Inc events where we cannot attend in person.

This has created a grey area when the Scottie wins a Perpetual Trophy, which must be signed for.

In the rare event the trophy is damaged or goes missing, who is accountable? The owner of the Scottie or the agent?

This form clarifies accountabilities in such situation.

This form only covers who is accountable for the Perpetual Trophies. All other aspects of the show is covered by Dogs NSW regulations.
