AGREEMENT
We/I have agreed with Jan Phillips,
representing Scottie Rescue to adopt the
Scottie-------------------------------currently living with us/me at the above address. We/I
understand that if this arrangement does
not work out for us/me or the Scottie at
any time, we must return him/her to Jan
as representative of Scottie Rescue.
He/she may not be re homed by us/me to another party AT
ANY TIME.
By signing this document we/I also agree to take on any
expenses that occur for the Scottie and
all legal responsibility for him/her
including dog registration and the laws
pertaining to dogs in the State I/we
live.
We understand that any vet bills or
expenses that have occurred for the
Scottie
by the Scottie Rescue during the re homing period will
be payable to Scottie Rescue on
completion of the adoption.
We also pledge that we/I will make a donation to RSPCA,
ARF or similar animal charity of at
least $340.00 if there are no expenses
to pay. This is also payable on delivery
of the Scottie.
I/we have completed the Adoption Questionnaire and sign
to say we have truthfully answered all
the required questions to the approval
of Scottie Rescue |
